Three Pieces for Cello and Piano (2014)
Insight – Dialogue – Reminisces
This work was originally composed for guitar in 2014, and entitled Triptychon (Preludium, Interludium, Postludium). (μικροδομικά) Micro-structural elements revolve and develop around a central thematic core, contributing their own unique color to the composite acoustic spectrum.
In its present form, the project maintained the original core of its synthetic organization, expanding its expressive horizons via utilizing the sound capabilities offered by the specific combination of musical instruments.
The listener is called to use their own imagination for creating insightful sonic images, dialogues and reminisces.
